After graduating
with Honors from Rutgers University
School
of Law in 2002, Arthur Newmark received special training as a Trial
Lawyer
at Temple University where he earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy
He
has been in solo practice since 2004. Previously, he worked as an
associate with Abraham, Bauer & Spalding where he identified and developed case
theories in major injuries and death due to cardiac tamponade, airway
emergency, myocardial infarction, infusion pump negligence and cerebral
aneurysm.
He is
licensed
to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Medical Education & Training
Dr. Newmark holds a
Pennsylvania Medical License. He is Board Certified in Internal
Medicine, recertified in 2003. Dr. Newmark earned his M.D. in 1989 from
the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. He received
his Internal Medicine training at Presbyterian Medical Center in
Philadelphia, where he was an Instructor with the University of
Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Newmark had the privilege to serve
our veterans at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He
has practiced medicine in many settings: Emergency Rooms, Outpatient
Primary Care and Urgent Care, Nursing Homes and Intensive Care.
